Growing Bacteria

Yesterday we had to grow our own bacteria

First we got a cotton bud and we had to find something that has bacteria on it

I chose a door handle, a cup handle and a fridge

Then we had to wipe the cotton bud on the thing with bacteria on it

Then with the cotton bud on it we had to make 5 lines on agar plates

then we had to make 3 lines going the other way then a swirl
